The Story Behind Your Jacksonville Pool Builder
Payne Pool Professionals began in Gulf Breeze, Florida, in 2016 with a straightforward goal: give homeowners a friendlier, more professional pool-building experience. Today that same standard guides our Jacksonville team.
From Gulf Coast Roots to Jacksonville Backyards
What began on the Gulf Coast has grown into a regional pool company serving homeowners and commercial clients throughout Northwest Florida, the Alabama Gulf Coast, Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville.
The company has grown, but the purpose behind it remains the same: design thoughtfully, build with care, communicate clearly, and create a swimming pool that feels like it belongs with the home, property, and people who will enjoy it.
Payne Pools Jacksonville LLC operates under Florida Pool Contractor License CPC1460975 and serves eligible projects across Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns counties.
A Pool Company Built Around the Customer Experience
Building a swimming pool is a significant investment and a major transformation of someone's property. Payne Pool Professionals was created around the belief that the experience should feel as carefully planned as the finished pool.
That means listening before designing, helping homeowners understand their options, setting clear expectations, and guiding each project through design, selections, planning, permitting, and construction.
Our Jacksonville team brings local project experience together with the resources, design capabilities, and construction knowledge of a larger Florida pool builder.

A swimming pool should be designed around the property and the people who will use it, not forced into a single predetermined formula. Payne's Jacksonville operation builds custom gunite pools and offers fiberglass and vinyl-liner pool construction, along with pool remodeling, equipment, and commercial pool services for eligible projects.
The Pool Is Only the Beginning
A well-designed pool should feel connected to the home and surrounding outdoor space. Our design process considers how the pool relates to patios, entertaining areas, spas, water features, landscaping, views, and the way people move through the backyard.
Three-dimensional pool design helps homeowners visualize major elements before construction begins, while there is still time to refine the layout, features, and material selections. Interior finishes, tile, coping, decking, and exterior materials complete the experience.

Listen Before Designing
The best pool begins with understanding the property, priorities, budget considerations, and the way the customer wants to use the finished space.
Design With Purpose
Every shape, feature, material, and equipment selection should contribute to how the pool looks, functions, or feels.
Communicate Clearly
Customers should understand the major phases of their project and know where to turn when they have questions.
Build for the Property
A design must account for the home, backyard, access, site conditions, jurisdiction, and other practical construction considerations.
Bring Local Experience
Local knowledge helps the Jacksonville team navigate the conditions and requirements that can influence a pool project in this market.
Keep Improving
Growth creates an opportunity to share experience, refine processes, and bring stronger resources to customers across every market.
Growth Driven by the People We Serve
Payne Pool Professionals has been recognized more than once by the Inc. 5000 as one of America's fastest-growing private companies. In 2021, the company ranked No. 478 overall and No. 15 within the construction industry. In 2023, it returned to the Inc. 5000 at No. 646.
Those recognitions reflect a period of considerable growth, but the more meaningful measure is whether we continue providing customers with thoughtful designs, professional guidance, quality construction, and a finished backyard they are excited to use.
