9 days ago"So my booster pump went out and I called Payne Pools. They had a fella come out the next day. Jonathan found the problem and the booster pump needed replacing. He even went above and beyond and found out it was under warranty. He ordered it, came back, and installed it. Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable and installed the new pump. He answered all our questions and we are very grateful for getting him to work for us. Payne Pools is a great company who installed our pool and has great service even after the sale. They got our beautiful pool done in less than 3 months with quality and amazing craftsmanship. Also, the pool school they offer when the pool is complete with Jonathan took the intimidation away from cleaning and maintaining a pool. I highly recommend Payne!"

Some minor issues came up during the build process with a retaining wall, but once we communicated our concerns and discussed options everything was resolved within a few weeks. Otherwise they made everything so easy during the entire process, from initial plans to picking out materials and build, and finishing with 'pool school' and how to maintain everything. Definitely recommend! We started the process around May 2025 to discuss plans and get estimates. The team was very flexible with schedules and the work process, even helped us keep a good amount of dirt for additional landscaping projects for the rest of the backyard. Shane, Matt, Jonathon, and the rest of Payne Pools, thanks for everything!"
