A: We provide a comprehensive plan that includes the cost of chemicals. We will come to your house on a designated day of the week every week. Your Payne Pool Professionals pool operator will test the pool water chemistry, adjust chemical levels for the proper balance, skim entire pool surface to clear all debris, power vacuum the pool floor, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, empty Polaris or automatic pool cleaner bag, clean interior tiles along water line, prevent and remove algae build-up, and inspect pump and filter equipment.

A: You can expect some water loss due to evaporation and splashing during normal swimming activities. If you suspect you are losing an above average amount of water in your pool, it is necessary to check all plumbing and equipment for leaks, inspect the backwash line for water bypassing the valve and inspect interior of the pool for cracks. A: Water chemistry is the most important part of any pool's maintenance routine. Pool water that is not balanced correctly will not only damage the pool equipment but will also ruin the interior finish of the pool.
